Starts with Love ends with Hatred

What's in your mind if you hear the name Medusa? Probably this is your answer she's a Monster, a Beast, a Gorgon, or a Dragon body formed Snake headed freak. Well for the Record your correct that's Medusa's negative sides. In the other hand  Medusa is The "Serpent Goddess" and The Protector or the Guardian of women's specially the virgin's. Medusa protects women to men sex abuse.

The strength of Medusa is she can stop anything in its tracks. Even her severed head will instantly turn anything into stone, including those who see it by accident. And her weakness is  Perseus was able to trick her and cut off her head.

So why if someone loves you there is always be an opposite or there are always be haters in you? Well that's a question that Medusa fits in.

While I'm searching for related article about my topic I found The "Story of Medusa in Greek Mythology" on the site Humanities360.com that was written by Martha Leonard and she was discussing about the story of the Serpent Goddess Medusa.


It was Written their the history or origin of Medusa. So Medusa was  loved by many because of it's stunning beauty,before she was cursed by Athena , Many men courted her even the God of Sea Poseidon was attracted by her beauty.

Anyways Medusa was hated because of the cursed that Athena gave her, Athena removed her beauty and made it even worse she turns Medusa so ugly, Cursed her with hair of Snakes, body of a Dragon, and face that turned those who looked at her into stones.


Martha give a lesson to all beautiful woman's she said that  "One is that beauty can either be a gift or a curse, depending on how a beautiful woman behaves."

I Fully Agree to what Martha said, This is a message for all the beautiful woman out there, to use their physical appearance in good ways. Cause we already no what's going to happen.

Now we all know what's the true story about Medusa The Serpent Goddess.



As I mention how Medusa protect women to men's sex abuse I discovered an related article about my topic entitled "Freud's Medusa", Written by Thomas Moore.

He discussed about how Freud begin with his note. And also talk about how Freud or why Freud compare the male testicle into the hair of Medusa and a Gun, He also mentioned of multiplication of a male testicle, And said that why not use a male testicle instead of guns.

There is a good and bad sides of this, Good? Because we can enjoy ourselves in some ways, Bad? Come on, we all know what's the main reason is. Crime rate, As a man if we saw a beautiful woman, we get stoned and start to think bad, And Population we need to control our behavior to reduce poverty.
